  1. He's played by a comedian called Noel Fielding. The man who plays Howard in the Old Greg clip is Julian Barratt, his comedy partner. Together they are responsible for creating the British cult comedy show 'The Mighty Boosh'. The Old Greg clip on Youtube is just a segment of a full Mighty Boosh episode called 'The Legend of Old Gregg' (actually spelt with 2 g's).
