  1. nopeeee.

  2. Relative to the outside world you are travelling at 80 mph. Relative to the train only 10 mph

  3. You are running in 150mph or -10mph depending on if you are running in the same direction as the train or opposite.

  4. If you're running in the direction the train is going, you are moving at 80mph relative to the tracks.

But notice the contradiction built right into your question: "I run ... at 10mph" indicates that even when asking it, you consider your running speed to be valid only in relation to the train.

  5. Your running at 10 mph your just travelling at 10mph. The train isnt making you run faster cos you would be running the same if the train was standing still, or moving.

  6. If you were standing still, would you be running at 70m/h?

If you were running in the opposite direction from the train, would you be running backwards at 60 m/h?

Were you smoking something before asking?

  7. the train is moving at 70mph

and you are moving at 10mph

you dont speed up by 60mph just becuase the train is moving at 70mph

you could be travlling at 80mph but you woudn`t be running 80mph

  8. you are running at 10mph but moving relatively the Earth at 80 mph

  9. nooooooooooooooooo
