Old muzzleloading shotgun with a ramrod stuck in the barrel because of a cotton patch -gun is not loaded do you know of a chemical that will dissolve the cotton but not corrode the barrel steel?

  1. I used a bike C02 pump and connected it to the touch hole.  It blew my cleaning rod out to a distance of 100 feet.
