Old pictures and dog breeds?

I'm having a hard time determining what sort of dogs are depicted in these old pictures. Can you help me identify them?

theyre not bloodhounds but they are like to be irish wolfhound and greyhound breeds dogs

They're Russian Wolfhounds. Also known as a Borzoi

Its not a Greyhound, look at the tail.

My guess would be a Borzoi.  They used to be called Russian Wolfhounds.

Their tails are fluffy though, are they Salukis?

To me they resemble sighthounds. Possibly an old style Saluki or Borzoi. I'm leaning more towards Saluki based on the tail position and the head shape.

If they are not Salukis, they certainly resemble some breed of Polish or German sighthound.

ADD: They have to be Polish Sighthounds. They look very much like Saluki, but something just doesn't look right to me. After comparing the pictures I am convinced. I have to think they are a breed of Polish Sighthound

They look like greyhounds except for the tail.

The coat on the body doesnt look "full" enough for a Borzoi tho..

They dont really look like a Saliki either..

There are other breeds of sighthound.. I will look and see if I can find something that resembles these, although these may just be an early version of one of the breeds, or an extinct breed of sighthound..
