Old school motorcycle racing?

ok you kids do you want to see how we did it way back when?? go rent the movie "ON ANY SUNDAY" when men were men and motorcycles only had 4inches of travel. if you were lucky.

Ha, my dad showed me this movie when I was 8 or so and it was my favorite motorcycle movie. Hail Steve McQueen and his racing skills. Don't forget Malcolm Smith! O jeeze, I forgot the other person in their trio. Ba da da da, ba da da da. I called the movie ba ba ba because of their main song. Daddy can I watch "Ba Ba Ba?" lol

that movie is great!!i've seen it hundreds of times... Me and my pops race vintage motocross in AHRMA....We race 74 Bultaco Pursangs... my dad also built the bikes that the late Jim Pomeroy rode for the last ten years in that series..If ya dont know who Jim Pomeroy is, he was the FIRST american to win a world GP...RIP JIM

Any movie with Steve McQueen in it is worth watching.  

Where I live they call racing the older bikes historic racing.  I guess thats a pretty apt name!

For sure, a must see movie for younger riders. I started racing in 1972, it's amazing how far bikes have come. I still have a '77 YZ for post vintage racing.

great movie! i raced the elsinore gp the past few years but they canceled it this last year. fun race! those guys where gnarly though.
