Old school video camera that uses big tapes.?

I've seen VHS tapes that have a slot where you can put your video camera tapes in and play them on a VHS player. What are they called and where can I find them?

  1. What you are talking about is a VHS-C (compact) to VHS adapter:

    It allows you to play VHS-C tapes in a regular VHS VCR.

  3. VHS tapes...likely wal-mart. They are the same as VHS movies and should not be too hard to find ...yet.

    Or are you talking about the VCR which plays the tapes.

    pawn shop...I think they might still sell them new...I havn't looked.
