im 19 and today my mom got pissed off at me today because i played a trick on my lil sister that she was trying to potty train, and i kinda put plastic wrap over her potty chair and when she went she peed everywhere, i was laughing my mom was so mad at me, she told me to clean it up and i said no, it was gross, then she said fine since u seem to take an interest in your little sister learning how to potty train then u will be joining her for a whole week, she said i will be treated just like her a toddler, i will get all the same treatment, she is even getting my older sisters old pink potty chair she had up in the attic for me! is this fair? can she really punish me and treat like a little child, it will be so embarrasing?my mom wrote this note for me to take and give to a walmart employee saying that i need help buying a potty chair and girls pull ups for myself, because i made fun of my little sister learning how to potty train, my mom was pissed? but she expect me to go do this? it will be so embarrassing what do i do?

  1. You should have just cleaned up the mess.

Potty training is hard, its hard on the parent and the child. You only made it worse for both of them.

Now, you called the mess gross, but you expected your mom to clean it up anyways.

Good for your mom, maybe you will think twice before doing something so dumb. Enjoy the pull ups, I hear the are getting more and more confortable.

Maybe you can get out of it if you aplogize and do other chores around the house.

  2. She's your mom, she can do what she want.

  3. This is not the place to try to live out your fantasies.  Stop being a perv!

  4. well you're 19 so you're an adult, but if you live in her house you can either do what she says or move out.  As far as the joke, it's more serious than just a prank.  If things don't go well with potty training or if something like that gets in the way, it can set a child back many months or even years of potty training.  You may be embarrased now but think how your sister will feel when she's 2 years older and still afraid to potty in the toilet.  Some things just aren't funny.  Next time just really think about what you are doing and how it will affect someone.

  5. Haha that's funny. Its also messed up what you did, but that punishment is stupid and over the top. Just don't do it.

  6. sucks for you dude!!!!

  7. you are a horrible child.

  8. Why are you still living at home, troll?

  9. you should have just accepted the first punishment. and ya, she can do that to you, as long a s your still living under her roof.

  10. You caused a mess, embarrassed your little sister and wouldn't clean up or make amends?

    Are you 19 or 9?

But the punishment is a bit over the top, in  my opinion.

It won't hurt you to help your little sister and your mom  in the future.

I would have you scrubbing the bathrooms for a while. And the basement, too.

And looking for a second part time job because you have too much time on your hands.

  11. thats what you get. grow up a little.

  12. Grow up, stop acting like a child and move out of your mother's house.

  13. Your mom deserves a prize for that one.  That is the best punishment that I've ever heard of.  First of all, it was was to immature to pull a prank on I'm assuming a two year old.  She didn't know what was going on.  Your mom was made because what you did set back your sister's potty training.  The only thing that I would have done different, is when you told me "No" I would have slapped you across the mouth, I don't care how old you are.  Grow up and WAY TO GO MOM!!!!!
