  1. go to tools>options>  and untick Run Windows Messenger when Windows starts and untick Allow Windows Messenger to run in the background.

Problem solved. ;) if you need any more help just message me.

  2. sign into your msn account QUICK on another computer and it should sign you out on the other computer.

  3. Hey Raindrop,

There is an option that does exist with messenger that allows you to connect yourself without having to type your password a second time. You should just uncheck this option and delog yourself from msn then you wont have the same problem anymore.

With the new version it's just a check on the login screen.

Also i'll advise you to uncheck the option to load msn as your computer starts.

Finaly there is an option called "log out" in the file menu that help you to sign out. If you are not on your computer the safest way to log out is to log in with another computer. (it'll automatically log you out from your home computer)
