Older mini-truck with approx 30MPG?

I need a small truck that is very easy on gas for long hiway commutes to work everyday and also to help with small loads for yardwork in the warm months. Should run good in minus 40

temperatures. I posted a question like this before but can't find it now.

Fueleconomy.gov should have some stats on older models....I had a few customers years ago that bought Iszuzu pickups with the diesel 4 cyl engine that got 35-40 mpg and good for a couple hundred thousand miles...not sold anymore.

try a toyota or ford 4 cyl truck. Approx 25-30 mpg
