Ok, I am on the M8, a motorway in Scotland... And Im like 25 ok? and there's this traffic jam...and I go on the outside lane going into Glasgow, when this red volvo pulls infront off me..

She was like late 60's, and was actully going 35mph on a 70 one, when the traffic was gone... They always complain how we go too fast...but going to slow also creates danger..

WHY ARE THEY SO SLOW >.<
