FC Krasnodar’s Oleg Samsonov believes that the appointment of Yuri Krasnozhan as the head coach of Anzhi Makhachkala will benefit both the club and the coach.

The club signed Krasnozhan, who promoted Spartak Nalchik to the Russian Premier League from the Russian First division in his second season, on a five-year contract.
Samsonov has welcomed back Krasnozhan to the Russian Premier League after his unsuccessful spell with Lokomotiv Moscow, and tipped the Wild-division to reap benefits of his experience.

The promising midfielder, who worked under Krasnozhan during his stay at the Spartak stadium, admitted that the 48-year-old will surely benefit the Dagestani club and identified Krasnozhan as a player-mentor.
