The Former Kuban Krasnodar player urged Dynamo Moscow to win the Russian Cup and secure a UEFA Champions League spot this season.
The former Lokomotiv Moscow striker Oleg Teryokhin has backed the under-fire Dynamo Moscow boss, Sergei Silkin, revealing that the Russian tactician has turned the tables after a series of pleasing results.
The future of the Dinamiki boss is under fresh scrutiny after a poor start to the third league round. Silkin, who took charge at Arena Khimki last year, was on the recieving end of the fans' wrath for failing to deliver acceptable
results.
Dynamo made a poor start to the third league round, where they claimed just a point in the opening 4 games from a possible 12.

Teryokhin urged Silkin to help the Policemen win their first ever Russian Cup and secure a second-place finish if he is to save his job. 
With four games left to play, Dynamo are at the second-spot in the league and are a point ahead from their closest rivals. The Louders have three league fixtures – Zenit, Spartak Moscow and Lokomotiv Moscow - before they play the
cup final against Rubin Kazan.
Teryokhin admitted that the Moscow-based club have a decent chance to retain the European spot should they win the remaining games of the season. However, he warned his former club against complacency and urged them to trust their
manager.
“A second place in the Russian championship and the Russian Cup will guarantee Silkin’s position at the club.” Teryokhin was quoted as saying.
Teryokhin revealed that Dynamo need to strengthen defensively if they are to win their first trophy since the inception of Russian first division. He urged the Russian outfit to spend during the upcoming summer transfer
window.
Speaking on the White-blues upcoming match against Zenit, Teryokhin revealed that the Dinamiki will find it difficult to claim all three points against the table-toppers and the match will end in a draw.
