Olevia 237V S11 Backlight Problems

Question

The backlight on my Olevia 237 flickers all the time, it give the picture an annoying strobe light effect. I have replaced both inverters and there was no change in operation. I have replaced transistors and capacitors on the secondary side of the power supply with no change in operation. I haven't found a replacement power supply yet to try. What else is possibly causing this problem? Has anybody fixed this same problem? Thanks.
