Olevia 27 " picture delayed

Question

My Olevia TV is about 1 yr old. Recently when I turn it on (using the remote), there is about a 15 - 20 second delay before anything happens - Picture and audio.  The delay is new, as it has always powered up almost immediately.  Once it comes on, the picture and sound is find.  Any ideas?
