Question:

Olevia 37" lcd, channel won't change and more

Got my TV a few months ago - new. Channels, sound, etc completely stop responding to the remote. I can't even change the channel or volume by pushing the buttons on the actual TV. I have to unplug it to "reset" the TV to respond to the remote again. This happens often.
