Olevia 42" HD LCD problems with the color

Question

I came home and the color on the television was messed up. I tried to fix it but have only made it worse. When I reset to Factory Settings it is still not correct, like it is not resetting all the functions. The red color is the problem and I think maybe it went out since nothing seems to bring red back into the picture without messing up all the other colors.
