Question

Hello all,This is the situation right side of screen dark from upper right corner to bottom right corner. TV does not respond to remote immediately turns on with blue screen and remains at blue screen for atleast 20 min. When choosing DTV it gives a no signal message on the right hand corner I then have to power off and on several times to engage the channels. No cable or satellite just basic HD antenna. Recommendations
