Question

We've had this tv for about 20 months. No problems until yesterday. The picture seems to bleed over in to next frame; colors are way too saturated. No one had touched any controls - this just happened.

My son says it's probably a "Crystal" and that it's not fixable - or cost prohibitive. I've never heard of a relatively new tv going this fast. Is it possible?
