Olevia Kolin PT-501 LCOS TV Screen remains black...

Question

The TV screen is black. The red light flashes it's usual patten then stops. I press the power on button and the green light flashes and the TV makes a powering up sound. It repeats this process approximately three times and then it goes back to flutuating between red and green lights. I can't turn it off with the remote. I have to unplug it to turn it off. Nothing shows on the screen to help determine what the problem is.
