Same exact issue. We sent the first one back and 3 days after we recieved the replacement tv the same issue occured.
Black out. If this is a power issue the Olevia keeps saying it is (I don't have enough power for the TV) then why doesn't anything else that's plugged into the power strip eg: cable box etc) shut off?
I think I am getting refurbed TVs. Olevia will not refund of course the box store where I bought will not refund. I even opted to upgrade but Olevia said they do not do Upgrades either.
Should I just spend the money on getting a new circuit board installed?
I have to believe that it's the pixels dying and not a power issue.
If anyone has any answers or good solutions I would be most beholden.
Thanks
Diane
