Olevia customer service

Question

I have a tv out of warranty it needs the main board my tv repair shop tried for 12 weeks to contact olevia thru the web sight and the tele phone number on the web sight .I have tried another three weeks no one picks up the phone or answers an email.the tv worked for a year and a month. can anybody help me get parts? If your thinking of buying anolevia product forget it.
