Olevia remote

Question

My dad , an elderly gent has a new tv.
He has pressed something on the remote (TV-RC-LTL)and now the tv does not do anything .
I live in Vancouver , he in Mtl. I lookes at the remote on the web , and from what he is saying is it does not move away from the stb button .
i told him to try source to see if this would move it back to Tv . It is had because he is old and so far away .
Any help would be great.
