Olive Garden's portobello mushroom-stuffed ravioli is my faveorite dish ever, or it would be.

I love it-the mushrooms and the ravioli, but I hate the sauce....is it possible to get the dish without the sauce...or is the sauce essential to its cooking process or something...

Does mushroom ravioli always have this type of sauce?

  1. Yes, I am a server at the OG, and just FYI, you can substitute the sauce on any plate. Just make sure to ask your hospi waiter.

The Ravioli Portobelo can be served with marinara sauce, alfredo sauce (extra charge), tomato sauce, garlic butter sauce, etc....

Hope to see you around our store soon...

  2. Normally they can adjust I think at times all sauces vary. So,they tend to do things by taste testing in kitchen and the one most people like is the one they serve on seasonal menu! They are even good at offering a variety of other sauces just explain its not to your liking can you have the red pasta sauce or mozerella alfredo or something else?

  3. Just ask the waiter. If it is at all possible, they will do it for you.
