Oliver Perez... WOW?

Question

This guy is pitching like insane good. Nobody would believe that he does not have a lead in the game. I am so impressed with him today.... who think he will get the W he deserves?

Well it's tied so I'm going to have to say no. No one questions Perez's talent. He is a top 15 pitcher if he is on top of his game. However that is a HUGE if and it's the inconsistency that hurts his value a lot. One outing and he looks like a Cy Young winner and the next he leaves after giving up 8 runs in 2/3 of an inning. He's a good pitcher but he needs to get his head straight.

well the mets won...but Oliver didn't get the win..its a shame...both starters pitched very well but neither got the win.

Yea he pitched an incredible game, my Phils can't hit him, especially the lefties. I was hoping he would take a loss but he definitely should've gotten the win once the Mets won it.
