Olivia multi-media TV/monitor

Question

Hi!I have this Olivia/Syntax TV/Monitor for last 3 years and suddenly it has gone dead! When I turn on the power button nothing happens (not even blue screen). I changed the power cord and plugged into a new power outlet - still same problem. I suspect a power surge might have damaged the power unit inside the TV. Any suggestions on how to fix besided spending $250/300 for repair. The TV cost around $500/- but is much less now.thanks,..LM
