Olympic Closing Ceremony 2008 Bike?

At the 2008 Olympic closing ceremony in Beijing there were these blue lighted circular bikes (I hope you know what I am talking about). Well they were awesome and I was just wondering if there was anywhere I could get a bike like that if not one of those.

They are totally amazing aren't they! I'm not sure they are available commercially.  Probably your best bet would be to check out the www and see if you can get one custom built.
