ok i am 14 5'7 165 pounds and i want to get strong for my high school baseball tryouts. and i know Olympic Weightlifting gives you power and explosiveness and that what is needed in baseball so i wanted to know if i should do it?? i wont lift to much just about 30 pounds then i work my way up so should i do it and what Olympic Weightlifting exercise should i do and if possible could you give me a program???
