Olympics 2012????????

How do I get “picked” For the Olympics I will be 17 on 2012. and I want to win gold in Tae kwon do for the U.s.a.

  1. I don't know the details but I do know you will need hard training everyday. You also need to participate in as many tournaments as you can. Start in local tournaments and then as your fighting improves you can go to state and then national. There is also the USA Taekwondo Junior Olympics (you have to be 16 or over to participate). There is also the World TKD Championship and the TKD World Cup. It also helps to have started at a young age (about 4/5).


  2. you could try not being ****. that always works. they aren't just going to come knocking on your door out of the blue. i presume you'll have to participate in some sort of american national titles.  

  3. Excuse me for being blunt and pointing you in the right direction, but to me it seems you are going to have to be one of the three best Tae Kwon Do athletes in your weight class in the US to make the team.

    but u better hav started that since like 5 years o u kinda screwed in a way
