That's nothing new.  Go to a horse race here in the U.S.  They dope the horses all the time.  Not only horse races but dog races.

why the h**l do we allow horses at the Olympics anyway? Seeing a horse jump a few fences and prance about on the spot isn't something I want to see

Not mad,just fair for all,no drugs or performance boosters are allowed for obvious reasons.You can also kill a horse as they will virtually die for you normally,to give them an upper can overtax and kill them.

Yes, drugs and medicines have now got to a very serious level. Like that Amercian athlete that had so many drugs test that had hardly any energy left to race.
