Question

What is the song that is played on the BBC Olympics coverage when they show the headlines/highlights of the day?

It is chinese styl, has no lyrics and seems to be repeating the same section as if it is on loop. It isn't the gorrilaz song or Elbow - One Day Like This.

If anybody can give me the song name thank you so much!

I think I know which one you're talking about (because I love that song!). It's called 'The Bund (Instrumental)' by The Shanghai Restoration Project.

I think the music you are referring to is 'Hong Kong Garden' by Siouxsie & The Banshees. The version used by the BBC was done for the Marie Antoinette soundtrack, with added strings.
