Olympics Whodathunkit?

I don't get it, badminton and table tennis are Olympic sports, but they are taking softball off of the list of events?

I mean, how hard it badminton? The birdy only goes so fast, my grandma kicks butt at badminton!!

And why should the womens' softball be punished just because they are so good and have no competition? Should the women not play to their full potential so others will feel like they have a chance? The Olympics is not sending the right message, "you are too good, we don't want to watch you anymore."

its because the asians are good at badmitton and table tennis.get rid of the sports usa are good at?very good question.how are those summer sports when there played indoors anyway?i can see pool an indoor sport cause you swim in summer

actually... if they were to really get rid of a sport that only the US is good at, then they wouldve gotten rid of basketball a long time ago.
