Why did Anna Pavlova's second vault score 0.00?

i wondered the same thing actually. did they fix it up or give a reason?? apparently she didn't signal that it was her second vault but i don't know what that has to do with it.

she got the go ahead from the judges however the stop light was on so she actually wasnt allowed to proceed.

They said she began her vault before the green light was shown.

I have just found the answer on the official Beijing Olympics site and this is what it says:

Russia's Anna Pavlova performed well in both vaults, but the judges gave her 0.000 for her second vault, seemingly because they deemed that her second vault was too similar to her first. Pavlova finished last with an average of 7.812.

Hard to believe this can happen..but there you go.. poor thing :(
