  1. Many foreigners love to try dog meat. Don't worry about ordering it on accident though, because it's more expensive then pork, beef, or chicken.  You usually have to go to a special restaurant. Also, it was never "off the menu" as you say.  


  2. That is EXTREMELY crule, i am a lawyer and eating dog is extremely illegal.  I will make calls
