Its the form of tie-breaking they use. I don't agree with it but its China and you saw, they do what they want. Legal or not. Yes I know its the gymnastic rules but they suck in my opinion. She might get it yet if they prove the evidence right and He gets stripped of her medals.

This explains it all with charts. It was a stupid tie breaking rule that makes no sense. As does the scoring. They should just go back to the perfect 10 scoring because this new scoring is no fairer than the old one so what was the point of changing it!
