how it is counted? which one will get the most

China is winning the most golds because of oddball/borderline sporting events like badminton, air pistols and tiny people weightlifting.  Without those g*y events, they would be sunk.  

Should be overall medal count.  Winning silver or bronze should not be discounted as to who is more successful.

If china would have a cheater as Phelps for sure they would win more...but they will do more than Us the same

Check out this map. Just role the mouse over the country and it tells you how many medals. You can also scroll down to the bottom where it lists them. There are different opinions over which is better the most medals or the most golds, i think most golds is more important. Right now US has more medalse than China, US 54 China 47, but china has 27 gold and the US only has 15 gold, 6 of them being phelps ( WOOOOOOOOH!) So that's how it's counted. They update the site eveytime a medal is recieved. You can also slide the thingy over to see different years.

I think the higher the medal, such as gold, would have more points than silver. The table is on here

China have a lot more golds by women as USA women are all celebrity obsessed idiots and talk in that stupid sarcastic accent, as if everything is a question.

I posted something exactly like this. It is based on the gold medals. But the US is pretty biased toward the American side so it shows it being ranked by total amount.
