Olympics walking person??

In the Olympics I noticed there was an asian girl wearing a white and aqua-ish dress walking behind the people competing..why the heck is she there? (I think supposed to be there but wats she supposed to do?)

They usually just guide the athletes in the right direction or carry out the tray with the medals on it.

There was a special on these girls the other night...i think they all had to be between the height of 5'6"-5'8" and like 110-120lbs.  They wanted them all to look alike.  They practiced for a really long time in the months leading up to the Olympics just to make sure they all walked the same way and everything..

theres a girl in gymnastics like that they work there. i dont know what they do haha
