Olympics weight lifting for baseball??

is Olympics weight lifting good for baseball??? and if yes what exercises should i do ??? how many reps sets?? and i go to the gym so i go about 4 times a week so should i do Olympics weight lifting?? if not what should i do oh and i play 3rd and i need a program in where i can see major results with in a month

  1. Sorry to burst your bubble, but major results really won't be seen in one month... But lift anyway because minor results come in a month. You need to do Squats, Jerks, Power-cleans, and Dead-lifts. And you must do them fast not slow, contrary to what some coaches may say, doing them fast increases the strength in your fast twitch fibers which is vital to Baseball success, especially swinging.
