The Argentine international’s future at Stade de Gerland looked to be rosy but things might change following reports that Rubin Kazan are keen on signing the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186 star
While talking to media a few weeks back, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Hugo-Lloris-c16408 play for the team next season.
Although the latter has attracted a lot of interest from the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 international for anything less than 20 million euros which is only fair for a keeper of Lloris’ ability.
Not many people were worried about the future of striker Lopez whose performances for Les Gones in recent campaigns have made him a fan favourite. Furthermore, the Argentine has time and time again expressed his desire to stay at the Rhone club for a long
time.
And, it appears that no one in the club’s management is willing to see the back of Licha either.
However, recent reports in French and Russian media have seemingly turned things around for Lyon and for their star striker.
Reports claim that Aulas is about to receive an offer of around 15 million euros for the Argentine goal-machine from Russian Premier League side Rubin Kazan. Not really convinced with the strikers they have at their disposal (Nelson Valdes and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Obafemi-Martins-c28273),
the Russian side is seriously considering bringing a striker who can score goals more often than not.
So, it is not surprising to see the Tatars interested in the services of a striker who has scored 48 goals in 88 Ligue 1 games for the seven-time French champions.
Kazan did try to bring http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jimmy-Briand-c18553 and Bafetimbi Gomis as well.
Rubin Kazan, who finished sixth in the Russian championship last season, are reportedly serious in their pursuit of Lopez. Rubin’s spokesman, Maxim Lopukhov however, remains coy on a possible offer for the experienced striker.
“We are working on the arrival of several players and the priority is a good striker. Interest in Lisandro Lopez? I would say nothing.”
Though Aulas is keen on keeping the striker, the president knows that he needs to free up some cash. However, with recent reports linking http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michel-Bastos-c25461 with a move to Al Ain, the Lyon supremo might try heaven and earth to keep hold of Licha whose presence
would be of great value to Remi Garde next season.
