Olympique Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda says he is not leaving for Manchester United

Mandanda has denied any reports suggesting his transfer to United, saying that he is happy at Marseille and would love to stay with Les Phoceens until his four-year contract with the club ends in 2012.
The goalkeeper said, “There is nothing in [the rumour], I have a contract with Marseille and have no intention of changing squads.”
On the other hand, United’s current goalkeeper, Edwin van der Sar has already revealed that he is going to retire from club football which has left United with a headache of finding a competitive goalkeeper who could fill in the shoes of the Dutchman.
Mandanda joined the French side in 2007 and since then has appeared 111 times for the club. He has also appeared 13 times for the France international side after making his debut in 2008 against http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ecuador-c2889.
Mandanda has shown his eagerness of staying with the reigning Ligue 1 champions and has discarded any talks of his transfer, terming them mere rumours and nothing else.
Premier League leaders Manchester United have shortlisted Mandanda as one of the possible candidates who could replace Van der Sar at Old Trafford.
Les Phoceens are the current Ligue 1 champions and currently on the fourth spot with 48 points. They are only 4 points behind Lille who are currently on top of the table.
