Olympique de Marseille, Lille and Saint Etienne looking to sign Deivson Rogerio da Silva
Three French Ligue 1 sides, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Rogerio-c31533 da Silva.
Reports in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899 suggest that the sides are currently monitoring Rogerio’s contract situation at Besiktas and are also waiting to table an offer for the Brazilian. Furthermore, his contract at Besiktas will expire in June 2011 and it is believed that the
26-year-old Brazilian may not seek a contract renewal.
Ligue 1 leaders Lille are seriously considering making an offer for the Brazilian as they look to replace Gervais Yao Kouassi and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Moussa-Sow-c26939 who are feared to depart the club after the end of current 2010-11 season. Marseille are also looking to capitalise
on the opportunity of signing the prolific Brazilian as they look to improve on their attack as soon as the transfer window re-opens in June.
It has also been reported that Turkish giants Fenerbahce and Galatasaray are also looking to sign da Silva should the Brazilian refuse a contract renewal offer. However, it seems very unlikely that the Brazilian will move to the two teams as he earlier indicated
his desire of playing for only Besiktas if he chooses to stay in the Turkish League.
Deivson Rogerio da Silva, commonly known as Bobo, joined Besiktas in 2006 from Brazilian giants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Corinthians-c38855. The prolific goalscorer has scored 93 goals in 200 games for the Turkish side and has become one of the best players in the Turkish League in recent
years.
In the current season, Bobo has scored 13 goals for Besiktas in just 22 matches. Besiktas are currently in 7th place in the League and are likely to miss out from any European competition in the next season.
Lack of European football opportunities may also force Bobo to seek an opportunity to move away from Besiktas and play with a side which has better chances to play in Europe.
