Olympus C-725 - Camera Help?!?

Question

Everytime i turn on my camera, it says Card error. I have the right type of memory card and I'm not sure whats causing the problem i also tried formatting the card or whatever and it still says card error....any suggestions?!

call the Olympus help line; 888.553.4448 and see what they can suggest. xD cards are out of my purview, since so few cameras use them. It could be as simple as dirty contacts.

If you bought your card on the Internet, it may be a fake.  If you bought it from a proper store, then take it and your camera into the store and have them help you.

well I'm not quite sure about this one, but take your memory stick out of your camera and look at it. There is a little grey switch. Push it up or push it down depending on what it is now. That might help. If not then I'm sorry.
