Olympus FE-320 Blurred Pictures?

I just got a reconditioned Olympus FE-320 and the pictures come out really blurred. Any recommendations?

  1. First test the camera outdoors in bright sun ... it the images are out of focus or blurry, then you need to send it back.  If the images produced outdoors are not blurry or out of focus, then it could be your low light technique is part or most of the problem
