Om Windows live messenger why doesn't it show my song information as my personal message when ...?

i have the box checked.. and it still doesnt work.. and i am literally always listening to songs.. please help?

where your personal message is click on the dropbar then click show song information. etc, then go into windows media player  and right click on the top bar and go down click tools then plugins then you should see one that says windows live messenger plug in click on that. then play a song it should say it where your onal message is on windows live messenger.

thats corrrect, use itunes, if ur using media player it wont show the info

sorry to say these people are wrong. i use win media player and it works. your song isn't showing up because the plug-in for msn in your media player is switched off. just open windows media player, find plug-ins and switch it on. it's really simple to do as long as you know your menu.
