  1. Hemp: Fiber of the future it has no Psychoactive properties it doesn't get you high not to be confused with  marijuana  Hemp is used in many products even upstage petroleum-based products such as motor oil and I don't think you want that in your system.. omega oils are found in Flax seeds and Flax oil and they are organtic Fish oil is wonderful try to buy Noregion Fish Oil it is pure never never buy fish or fish oil that is farm raised, stay on it for ever you will see a differance on how you feel ackes start to fade (if you have them) more benifits

  2. omega three fatty acid is generally deficient in many people as we consume too much omega 6.

The best fish sources of omega three fats are salmon, mackerel, herring and sardines both canned or fresh.  Most sea-foods have a little but tuna many just 1/6th as much as salmon or mackerel.

The few and sources of omega three fats are flax and flax seed oil, walnuts (best to use raw walnuts) and purslane which I just found at a farmer's market for the first time and am going to try today.

as little as an ounce of fish a day will help or three high omega three fish meals a week

or take 1-3 mg (or more if suffering from any type of mental or brain illnesses (manic depression, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, dyslexia, add, agoraphobia's etc)

flax seed oil is usually taken in 1-3 tbs lots and for best absorption (and to help cure things like cancer and heart disease) take it blended in cottage cheese or yogurt (preferably organic..do budwig did a lot of research on this and said for one tbs of flax seed oil take it in 2 tbs of cottage cheese or 1/4 cup of yogurt)

omega six does not require supplementation as generally we get more than enough..found in oils like sunflowers seed, soybean oil, safflower oil and most of them

the safe oils for eating are the monosaturated oils like extra virgin olive oil (only extra virgin has health effects) and only cold pressed canola (find at health food store)

one can use a little sesame seed oil for cooking.  Other good oils are virgin coconut oil and grapeseed oil and occasionally walnut oil.

Raw nuts are good for us as well. Udo's choice is a good supplement.

the biggest thing to do to improve one;s health is add a lot more fruits and veggies beyond the five servings a day, in a rainbow of colors and diversity and often raw and fresh from the wilds or organic garden..nearly every illnesses is helped or prevented by various kinds of produce.

Just stopping shopping at the regular store and doing one's shopping at coops, health food stores and farmer's markets will improve one's health even if they know nothing about nutrition.

  3. Hemp seed oil is a great source of omega-3's, without the nasty fishy taste or burps.. in addition it is a primo source of protein, second only to soy. Hemp is commonly associated with cannabis, however hemp has no THC which is the main thing that gets you high. So it is completely legal to import and use hemp. Many stores sell it, it is just not produced in the US, but it is shipped here. Almost every other country utilizes the many uses for hemp.

  4. The best sources of Omega-3 are salmon [fish] and flax seed oil. How much you should take is dependent on what you are taking it for. In general, between one and three capsules of fish oil a day or one to three teaspoons of flax seed oil.

As far as Omega 6 goes, too much of this causes inflammatory conditions in your body so you should not have too much.
