  1. Yes!!! Omega 3 fish oil is so important at so many levels. Be sure you obtain the pharmaceutical grade type.  Many regular Omega 3 oils are full of contaminants.  Trader  Joes has a good brand.  If you cannot find pharmaceutical quality, look for the molecularly distilled type.  It should say on the bottle.  Keep it in the fridge for better digestion.  Take it  WITH food because other wise it will be absorbed as food instead of therapy for what your body needs.  It is wonderful for psoriasis sufferers, excellent for you heart, brain and arthritis discomfort and much more.  Dosages for maintenance is 2.5 grams per day.  (Four capsules usually.)  Fish oil contains EPA and DHA also which is why this is the correct dosage.

  2. You should definitely add them into your diet.  Getting them from foods are your best bet.  Second choice is to supplement them in liquid form.  Here is one way to get them-good luck!

  3. I went to a mental health conference (I'm ADHD) and they talked about different ways to help your concentration. Omega 3 seems to help me concentrate better...I don't know if it will do the same for you....
