  1. no offense he probably set the car up for qualifying or short run so he may not even be able to hold on to the lead long enough to do anything... but if 2/3 dei cars are up there maybe dei has something for us on sunday? who knows

  2. Menard has a lot of driving talent, he's just stuck in a mediocre team at DEI. Hes been competitive in all different forms of racing from off-road to sports cars.

  3. A blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while.  No he doesn't have a shot at winning the race.

  4. anybody gots a shot i think the 88 car is the car to watch the dei boys found some steam but they dont have the power to last the full race with out blowing up

  5. Menard was 8th in practice yesterday. He has a Busch Series pole at Talladega, an ARCA win at 'Dega, and ran well there earlier this year. Menard knows his way around restrictor plate tracks, and DEI knows how to build a restrictor plate car. I am a Menard fan, and while I'm not expecting a win, I wouldn't be surprised to see him run upfront all night.

  6. Way to go Paul!  Congratulations on the pole.  It just might be a crazy night in racing after all.

  7. Yeah we all were saying the same thing today..Heck I hope his old man did pay somebody off for this....sorry..WTF, guess the race tomorrow will be just as crazy..

    Go Dale Jr & Hms

  8. does it look like it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. The haters can say whatever the heck they want. Do you remember Talladega? I do.

PS: Do you remember the last time Paul wrecked a car? I'm a fan... I don't.

  10. man, I wanted Dale Jr. to be on the pole position, but oh well, HE IS GOING TO START 3RD! YAY! Nice Job Dale!

    Go Dale Jr!!!!

    JUNIOR NATION!!

  11. If anyone has noticed, I stated Paul Menard was a better driver than Jamie McMurray. But then again, I got the baddest crystal ball in the U.S.A. Maybe Paul Menard has issues and he's taking them out on the track. He seems to pretty focused these days. It's only too easy to see that  #15 going around the track. Let's see how he finishes at Daytona.

  12. I was surprised too, congrats Paul Menard!
