Omg, why do my TEETH keep chipping?!?

Question

its not just one tooth,..i think its three in total now!

i have braces too,, my teeth never chipped before braces and the dentists told me that i had strong teeth.

so why? im like freaking out. someone said before that it can be tooth decay,. i dont want it to be tooth decay!!!!! then

ALL MY TTEETH WILL FAALL OUT?!

i havent told my dentists or orthodontists about any of the chippings yet. ive had my braces only for like a MONTHand my theeth have already started chipping.

MY second appointment with my ortho is in like three days,, so what do i say...if i tell them,, theyll take off my braces wont they?:(

the third time it chipped was today. just like a few minutes ago..

so far the ones that chipped were my molar teeth .

so please tell me whats going on with my teeth--i have braces,, and a good diet.

and please tell me how to avoid this from happening again,

and what to tell my ortho!?

Tell your orthodontist what's happening. If they take off your braces so what? It'll be for your own good if they do because they know what they're doing. And you should probably drink more milk too. It's an excellent source of calcium and it will strengthen your teeth.

Don't drink soda, drink more milk and water

and stop chewing ice!

Ask your dentists....that is what you are paying them for!

You have to tell them what's going on,  they are the only teeth you will have the rest of your life and they are the experts.

My guess is that you are chewing ice cubes and chipping them.
