Omg I cant ollie on a fingerboard?

Question

I am trying to ollie on a fingerboard i can not figure out how to slide my fingers up with out taking them off the board!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ollie is an extremely important trick. It is the basis of almost every trick on a fingerboard and a skateboard. It is vital that this trick is learned.

1. Place your index finger in the middle the deck and your middle finger on the tail

2. Pop the board into the air using your middle finger

3. Slide your index finger up on the deck. This should level out the deck

4. Land

5. PRACTICE!!!
