I'm so freaked out,I don't know if I did a right thing or not

what if I was wrong what if I ruin her life for ever?

I doubt if you ruined anyone's life. that's pretty hard to do.

ummmm unless you tell us what you did we can't tell you whether or not you did the right thing or not or if it will ruin her life.... and we can't tell you what we think you should do either so please explain what you did..
