I was gona go work out but then my mom brought home jack in the box like zomg the fattiest of all of the fast food things. Anyway I had a vaniller shake some harsh browns and a Break fast jack! Those are all FAT! with more FAT anyways can I still workout (weight lift / abs workout) because that stuff isent good for you :O (food part). I am 5'8 116-118 pounds and I want to get bigger I do drink protein drinks and have carbos like 45 min after the workout !!!!! ok thx!
